Grona Lund is incredibly stacked with several rollercoasters intersecting each other and running above other attractions and stalls, so really the only time they can work on a large construction project like this is in the winter break, and I'm guessing they won't manage to finish it in one winter, so it's gonna sit half finished during the next season.
